This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for all products purchased through our website.
We accept returns under the following conditions:

All returns are completely free — no return shipping fees and no restocking fees.
For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Personal care items
Custom-made or personalized products
Gift cards, coupons, or promotional giveaway items
Final sale or clearance items marked as “Non-Returnable”
Items returned with signs of wear, damage, or missing accessories
Non-returnable items received will not be refunded or returned to the customer.

Reason for return
Photos (only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect)
Step 2: Return Authorization
If approved, we will provide:
A Return Authorization Number (RAN)
Return instructions
A prepaid shipping label if applicable
Step 3: Ship the Item
Pack the product securely in original packaging or equivalent protection
Write your RAN clearly on the outside of the package
Ship the item using the instructions provided
All returns through our official process are 100% free.
